Chelsea joined S²TEM Centers SC in the summer of 2024. Before joining S²TEM Centers SC she was a math teacher at a STEM based charter school in the Upstate and a STEM teacher at a public school in the Lowcountry as well.

As a former classroom teacher, Chelsea has the passion to guide teachers to connect state standards to dynamic and memorable real-world experiences. She understands that team collaboration along with student engagement is the formula to make successful learning opportunities. Chelsea’s goal is to help teachers and students find and keep their passion for inquiry and learning.

As a 21st century learner herself, Chelsea is working to stay up to date with the latest in technology. From AI implementation to videography, Chelsea is constantly looking for ways to integrate technology in a meaningful way into education.

Chelsea obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education at Clemson University in 2017. Since graduating, she has been implementing transdisciplinary teaching within the classroom and instructing fellow educators on facilitating project-based learning throughout the K-8 setting.
