Cognitive Coaching℠ is a research-based, instructional coaching model that capitalizes on and enhances ones' cognitive processes. Organizations use this fundamental skill to grow the effectiveness of both coaches working with teachers and teachers working with students. The skills learned, if practiced, create communities that tend to be higher achieving, more cooperative, and better problem-solvers.
