 Valerie Fahel-Schaffer joined the S²TEM Centers SC in March 1999 as an Administrative Specialist. As an IT Specialist, Valerie’s work focuses on the design, development, and administration of apps and databases integral to supporting the infrastructure of the SCCMS family. She administrates Office 365 and SharePoint for the organization, as well as designs, develops, and maintains the iMAGINE STEAM Festival website. Additionally, she trains others in the use of technology and software.
  
Valerie studied computer science with a mathematics concentration at the University of South Carolina in Spartanburg. Additionally, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology: Web Development from Liberty University Online. Currently, Valerie is working towards her masters in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) at DePaul University.
