Task 1: A Virtual Classroom Visit:  7th Grade Science

View the video of DeDee Quinn and Susie Teague co-teaching in Mrs. Quinn’s 7th grade science classroom.  In this lesson, Mrs. Quinn and Mrs. Teague use multiple meaningful writing strategies to support students as they process the presentations of their peers. 

Task 2:  A Virtual Classroom Visit:  7th Grade Mathematics

View the video of Jane Meadors 7th grade mathematics classroom.  In this lesson, Mrs. Meadors adapts the Chain Notes writing strategy for use in her mathematics classroom and then uses an exit ticket as a meaningful writing strategy for students to reflect on how the Chain Notes strategy helped them learn the mathematics.
